Henselite UK sponsored players Paul Foster and Alex Marshall MBE won the World Indoor Pairs title at Potters Leisure Resort for the third year in a row, the first time that has been achieved for more than twenty years.

Fresh from winning the world outdoor pairs gold medal in Australia, the Scots were pushed all the way to the finishing line by fellow Scots Stewart Anderson and Darren Burnett before retaining the crown, 9-7, 7-8, 2-1. 

The triumph had extra special significance for Marshall, who now has a record 19 World indoor and outdoor titles, one more that England legend Tony Allcock.
